PAYMENT INFORMATION

No-show fees or cancellation penalties according to the policy will be automatically charged to the credit card entered to make the reservation. When checking in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or for the guarantee payment.

GENERAL POLICIES

Early departure or no-show will result in a 100% cancellation and penalty.

"Non-Refundable" bookings do not allow date or name changes.

No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.

Flexible bookings with full or partial cancellation refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.

All guests must be properly registered when making the reservation, otherwise additional costs may be incurred at check-in.

The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental fees (like minibar snacks or phone calls, etc.), or regulatory surcharges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (100%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. Taxes and fees are included.

CancellationThis reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 3 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:

If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.

No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.
